At checkout, please be sure to clearly specify your desired pickup date and time based off calendar availability. You can use this format: DD/MM @ Time (ex. 03/17 @ 9am). We will confirm your order with you via email within 24-hours. In addition you must include your name, phone number, and email address so we can contact you.

*Your desired pickup day/time needs to be at least 72-hours after your purchase date. Please view our calendar and business hours on the contact page prior to checking out to ensure your date and time is available*

*Any cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance and will result in a giftcard for future use. NO refunds*
We are happy to offer you a 15-minute grace period to pick up your order! If you have not picked up your order within 15-minutes of your original pickup time, then you will need to make additional arrangements to pick up your order and a $20 convenience fee will apply.
